She thinks she knows what she needs and proceeds to take care of it on her own. It only causes her more pain. God knows what we need and we need to wait on Him. Laura learns this lesson in a dramatic way that the reader will never forget. Laura's life will never be the same after her encounter with God. Excellent work Peggy.I like the way this book is connected to the author's previous book, "Surrendered."

Loved this book... It's a book that is hard to put down.. couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next.
I read Mrs. Patricks first book and could not wait for her second one to come out. It was all I expected it to be a very Christian book with morals. Did not want to put it down. Great story line, good humor and wholesome. Can't wait till her next book come's out she is a a very creatative lady.
I read the first novel that Mrs. Peggy Patrick wrote and I really enjoyed the book very much. But the Surrendered 2 was even better. It was like I was watching a movie as I was reading both books. I laughed and I did, I'll admit, for a 59 year old man, Yes I shed some tears too. Peggy keep writing because you have a real talent for writing.
The miracle with the colt was awesome and inspiring to say the least.
Peggy, I could not put your book down after I starting reading. I felt like I was in the story, not as a character but just there like a fly on the wall. I felt the emotions, loved the characters and look forward to more stories from this amazing writer and longtime friend.
This book was just as good as the first .... Once you start reading them you get caught up in it and can't put it down.... Can't wait to start on the next one... Peggy is a wonderful writer and her books are wonderful.

It's so nice to read a Christian-based story with characters who have real-life problems, but whose story makes you cry and laugh with them. I loved the first book and couldn't wait for the second to come out. It was worth the wait. Peggy, keep writing and telling great, Christian-based stories.
